How can we spread kindness?

Have you heard that this week is kindness week?

Maybe your school has told you or you heard it online?

Either way...kindness is vital in the world we live in.

How can we spread kindness to others and maybe even

make their day? You maybe thinking of something extreme

like giving away heaps of money like Mr. Beast.

What he does is kind but not everyone can do that.

The good thing is that everyone can do something kind.

We can all compliment someone, smile, or give someone

a high five. These small but mighty acts of kindness can change

lives for the better. Together as one, humanity can make the world

a better and more peaceful place.
